Palliative Care Discussion

The Community Conversation (Cochrane) with regard to Palliative Care and End of life Supports is fast approaching.  The Cochrane Seniors Advisory Committee encourages all to come out to the event and give them your perspectives on what is needed for palliative care and end of life supports in this community. It is of particular importance that they get as many people out to this community conversation as we can so that we get a good cross section of ideas.  This is by no means limited to health care professionals - they want everyone’s input! 

The first conversation in Cochrane will take place on :
Wednesday, April 12 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.
